Grapes:

Grenache: 75%

Mourvèdre: 20%

Cinsault: 5%


Terroir:

The 13 hectares of vineyards Rasteau are perched on hilltops sharing the valley and the Aygues Ouvèze with a very 'zen' on Mount Ventoux and the Rhône Valley. Facing due south, they receive maximum sunlight. The basement is composed of brown clay and limestone on a bed of pebbles.

 
Vinification:

The old vines are harvested by hand, 30 HL / HA about destemming 80% in vessel assembly: 75% grenache, 20% Mourvèdre and 5% Cinsault, long maceration 30 days from the end of malo, passage timber for 1 / 3 of the wine (old lightning and barrel 4 / 5 wines) remains in the concrete tank, gluing, no filtration and bottling.
